PARTICIPANT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Effective as of the date of attendance

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT

 

By creating an account, booking a service, or entering the premises of Bahama Golf, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

 

 

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

 

Activities at Bahama Golf—including but not limited to swinging golf clubs, observing others, or being present near participants—carry inherent risks of bodily injury or harm. These risks include, but are not limited to, being struck by a golf club or ball, slipping, falling, or other accidents that may occur on the premises.

 

 

2. Assumption of Risk

 

By using Bahama Golf’s services or entering the premises, you voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, related or unrelated to golf activity. This includes risks arising from the negligence of Bahama Golf, its owners, employees, contractors, or other participants.

 

 

3. Release and Waiver

 

You hereby release and hold harmless Bahama Golf, its owners, agents, employees, managers, affiliates, and assigns from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action. This includes claims arising from personal injury, death, property damage, or any loss related to your participation in or presence during any activities.

 

 

4. Medical Treatment

 

Bahama Golf does not provide medical services. In the event of injury, you authorize emergency medical care if necessary and agree to be financially responsible for any such care.

 

 

5. Compliance with Rules

 

You agree to follow all safety guidelines, signage, and instructions provided by Bahama Golf staff. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises without refund.

 

 

6. Photography and Media

 

You grant permission for Bahama Golf to use photos or videos taken of you on the premises for promotional or marketing purposes, unless you provide written notice otherwise.

 

 

7. Binding Effect

 

This release is binding upon you and your heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. If any portion is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

 

 

By creating an account or booking, you confirm you have read and agree to this waiver and release of liability.
